If you have lived and have the proper work experience in Canada for up to one calendar year, possess good language skills (English or French) and have adapted to the Canadian way of life, you may eligible to become a permanent resident under the Canadian Experience Class Program.
Requirements
- Plan to live outside the province of Quebec
- Intermediate or advanced intermediate (depending on the occupation) language proficiency in English or French
- 1 year of full-time or equivalent skilled work experience in Canada in the past three years
